Sharon Johnson
Retired Financial Analyst/ Accountant and Community Member

I’ve worked in some very different industries over the years. I started at a small non-profit clinic, Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley, then moved to the high-tech industry finally settling in banking industry. All of this took a little over 20 years.

I was also very proud to be a board member of CORA, Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse in San Mateo, CA: There I was on the Finance committee and after a while I became their Treasurer.
My career has been very successful. My career also required me to know math as well as I could. I was always open to learning more and it made my job that much easier when I did. Learning doesn’t stop when you graduate high school or college. Learning is a lifelong thing.
