
Kenney Enney
Kenney Enney is a retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel. He served as an Intelligence Officer from 1989 to 2012, deploying in combat in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. He served as a Marine Corps Command and Staff College Instructor, a Military Advisor in Colombia and Peru, Chief of the Marine Corps Intelligence Manpower and Training Branch (Pentagon), and Commander of the Marine Corps Training Battalion, Presidio of Monterey/Defense Language Institute. He is a rancher in San Miguel, CA, an education reform activist, and advocates for school choice in California. He currently serves on the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District school board. He holds an undergraduate degree in International Affairs from George Washington University, a master’s in business administration from Pepperdine University, and a Master’s in National Security Affairs from Naval Postgraduate School. He is a graduate of Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School, Command and Staff College, Joint Staff College, and Air War College.
