Joseph is an astute lending officer and relationship manager with a 21-year career background in sales and support and over 12 years of level banking experience. Currently serving Premier Valley Bank, Joseph actively participates in portfolio retention and commercial business development. His commitment to community engagement and networking opportunities is evident in his work, where he has specialized as a designated relationship manager for nonprofit banking and maintained accountability for creating, developing, and managing accounts for nonprofits.

Joseph spent 10 years in the U.S. Coast Guard managing finance, procurement, financial reconciliations, administrative support, funds management, and maritime law enforcement & search and rescue. His role also involved performing Presidential support duties, where he represented the USCG at high-profile ceremonies, State Dinners, events, and other activities in the presence of the President of the United States.
